Litchfield Park’s own general plan calls it one of the first planned communities in Arizona, and much of it took shape before the city incorporated. The Villages, Sunset Terrace and Cachet at the Wigwam are the newer communities built out since. Why the floor takes two days
The base coat and the top coat do different jobs. Epoxy is the layer that bonds to the ground concrete and holds the flake. Polyaspartic is the clear layer on top, and it goes over the flake because it is UV stable and holds its color where straight epoxy ambers in sunlight. The two only work together if the epoxy has set up hard before the top coat goes on. Roll the top coat over epoxy that is still curing and it seals in what is underneath, and the two layers never bond properly.
So day one is the diamond grind, the vacuum, any crack filling (an add-on on your quote), and the epoxy with the flake broadcast into it. Then the floor holds for 24 hours. On day two we scrape the loose flake and roll on the polyaspartic. That is the whole reason for a two day install, and it is the same garage floor coating system we lay in every city we cover.

Every floor is priced by the square foot. A bigger garage costs more, and crack filling, stem wall repair, a metallic finish or an old coating that has to come off first add to the number. Jayson gives you the price at the house once he has measured, and you pick your blend and book the install date at the same visit. Financing is available through Affirm if you would rather spread the cost.

The garage is out of use for the two days, so the car and the gym gear live elsewhere. The floor takes feet 24 hours after we finish and the car 48 hours after.
